Shipping & Delivery
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to mainland China only. Orders from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and international regions are not supported at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders submitted during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery
We partner with SF Express to provide standard courier service. Most destinations in mainland China receive delivery within 1–3 business days after shipment. Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 days.
4. Shipping Fees
Free shipping is offered on orders with a paid amount of ¥599 or more. A flat fee of ¥15 applies to orders under ¥599. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Shipment Notification
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor real-time delivery status via the SF Express website or mobile app.
6. Accuracy of Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact phone number are complete and accurate. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unreachable contacts will incur redelivery fees payable by you.
7. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If delivery fails repeatedly or you refuse the package, it will be returned to us. A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any handling fees incurred.
8. Product Packaging
All items are carefully packed in branded dust bags and rigid gift boxes to protect suits, shirts, and other formal apparel from damage or creasing during transit.
9. Delivery Delays
In the event of force majeure—such as extreme weather, public emergencies, or carrier system disruptions—we will notify you promptly but are not liable for indirect losses resulting from delays.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy as needed. The latest version will be posted on our website without individual notice.
